So very glad you came to Lebanon last night loved hearing and seeing you again. Watched a few of your outside events when shut out of church. Enjoyed visiting Joy at the table JOY is my maiden name. I lived in St Louis in the early 60's visited Lester's music store on 39th street. Went to high school with Dave Richmann. Loved the spirit glad Ginger was with you. Stay safe

I was a receptionist at KSD-TV back in the early 1970s. I was so impressed with Mr. & Mrs. Lester, a couple who drove to downtown St. Louis every Friday or Saturday evening, to deliver a recording of gospel singing program they had recorded earlier in the week. I always looked forward to viewing the program which aired on Sunday morning. I was so touched by the Lester’s kindness and treatment of me. In my eyes, they were viewed as super stars who took time for an ordinary worker sitting at the front desk, answering the phone. I was a college student at the time. I’m 75 now and still fondly remember The Lesters. They left a lasting impression which I still cherish today.
